B-PlanDIY is an online tool that helps small business owners and startups create a business plan and 12-month cashflow forecast. We are based in New Zealand and our contact email is support@b-plandiy.com.
Access to B-PlanDIY requires a one-time payment of NZD $29, which gives you full access to the tool for three months from the date of payment.
B-PlanDIY is a self-service tool designed to help you produce a business plan and cashflow forecast based on the information you provide. It also uses AI to generate suggestions and content to assist you.
B-PlanDIY is not a substitute for professional business, financial, legal or accounting advice. The output produced by the tool is a starting point — we strongly recommend reviewing it with a qualified advisor before using it for major business decisions, applying for finance, or presenting to investors.

B-PlanDIY uses AI to help generate suggestions and write parts of your business plan. While we aim for the AI to produce helpful and relevant content, AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete or suitable for your specific situation. You should always review AI-generated content carefully and edit it to reflect your business accurately.
The information you enter into the B-PlanDIY app is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to or stored on our servers. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details of how we handle your information.
Storing your information locally means we hold no copy of it and cannot recover it for you. Your information may be permanently lost if you clear your browsing data or cookies, use a browser set to clear site data on exit, use private or incognito browsing, uninstall or reset your browser, or change to a different browser, device or user profile. Your information is not synchronised between devices.
The app provides an Export data function which saves a backup file to your device, and an Import data function to restore it. Keeping current backups is your responsibility. We are not able to retrieve, restore or reconstruct any information that is lost, and we are not liable for any such loss.
As part of your B-PlanDIY access, you may be invited to join our private WhatsApp community and attend free online business planning seminars. Participation in these is entirely voluntary.
The B-PlanDIY tool, its design, code and content are owned by us and protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any part of the tool without our permission.
The business plan and cashflow forecast you produce using the tool is yours. You own the output.
To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, B-PlanDIY is not liable for:
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
We may update or change the features of B-PlanDIY from time to time. We will not make changes that significantly reduce the service without reasonable notice.
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of B-PlanDIY after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
